Premium tier features are processed on a monthly subscription model. All payments are billed recurringly. You can downgrade or completely terminate subscription cycles directly inside your settings panel, and no cancellation fees will be charged.
SmartStudy AI services are delivered "as is" and "as available". While we strive for extreme database and AI generation accuracy, we do not issue legal warranties regarding final test scoring, GPA outcomes, or temporary server downtime.
